I hate writing them, but at the same time it is so therapeutic…sometimes it helps me realize I am worried about nothing, other times it prompts me to see my oncologist.

If everyone used re-usable canvas bags or re-used the plastic bags they get from the grocery store, it would help so much to reduce the amount of plastics waste we produce every day!
